1. Ticket Pricing

  • Member ticket: $225.00 + HST ($254.25)
  • Guest ticket: $265.00 + HST ($299.45)
  • Each ticket includes a $120 merchandise credit (see Section 6).
  • A ticket keeps its price when it is transferred.
  • Tickets are charged to Member Accounts only. No payment is collected online for tickets.

2. Ticket Access

  1. Member & Guest tickets: Open November 2. Guests do not purchase tickets but can be assigned tickets. Members purchase guest tickets, and all charges are applied to Member Accounts up to 2-weeks following your purchase.
  2. Order Window: Ticket and merchandise orders close November 15 at 11:59 pm (the "Order Window").

3. Charges and Billing

  1. Tickets are charged to the Member Account up to 2 weeks following purchase, not on the event day. All charges apply to Member Accounts only, with the exception of any additional online merchandise purchases will be processed by Stripe.
  2. Members are responsible for every ticket they purchase, including guest tickets and no-shows.
  3. If a charged ticket is later transferred, the charge moves to the receiving member's account.
  4. No cancellations or refunds. All sales are final. Members who can no longer attend may transfer their ticket under Section 4.

4. Ticket Transfers

  1. Eligibility: Tickets may only be transferred to another Georgian Peaks Member. A valid Member Number and Member Name are required. The receiving member must accept the ticket charge before the transfer is completed.
  2. Timing of requests: Transfer requests expire after 24 hours if not accepted, and after 5 hours between January 23 and January 29. A pending transfer may be cancelled before it is accepted. Completed transfers cannot be reversed.
  3. November 2 – January 3 (no fee, direct transfer or via the waitlist if/when open):
    • Ticket and merchandise transfer together, or
    • Ticket only. The original holder keeps their merchandise order, and the new ticket holder may place their own merchandise order using the included credit while the Order Window is open.
  4. January 4 - 29 ($25 + HST transfer fee, direct transfer or via the waitlist if/when open):
    • Ticket and merchandise transfer together, or
    • Ticket only. The original holder keeps their merchandise order. The new ticket holder receives an assigned gift if one is available (see Section 6). Once assigned gifts are gone, the new ticket holder receives the ticket only.
  5. Transfer fee: A $25 + HST fee applies to every transfer completed after January 3 at 11:59 pm, including direct transfers, waitlist transfers, and transfers involving merchandise. The fee is charged to the Member Account of the original ticket holder (the member transferring the ticket) when the transfer is completed. It does not apply to transfers completed during the Order Window, or to requests that expire or are cancelled.
  6. Guest name changes: The attendee name on a guest ticket may be changed until the transfer cut off January 29. The name must match the attendee's government-issued photo ID.
  7. Transfer cut off: All transfers and waitlist offers close January 29 at 11:59 pm. After that, no transfers or name changes are available and ticket charges stand.

5. Waitlist

  1. The waitlist opens when tickets sell out. A "Join Waitlist" button will appear on the landing page.
  2. Only Georgian Peaks Members may join the waitlist, including members who already hold tickets.
  3. Members may request more than one ticket and must specify how many.
  4. The waitlist is first come, first served.
  5. Members may remove themselves from the waitlist at any time.
  6. When a ticket becomes available, it is offered by email to the next eligible member. The member may accept or decline, and must accept the ticket charge.
  7. Declining an offer removes the member from the waitlist. An expired offer moves the member to the bottom of the waitlist.
  8. A member ticket must be assigned to the member receiving it. A guest ticket may be assigned to the member or to a guest. Guest name and email are required for guests.
  9. Offers expire after 24 hours through January 22, and after 5 hours from January 23 to January 29. No offer remains active past the January 29 11:59 pm cut off.
  10. The transfer fee in Section 4 applies to waitlist transfers completed after the Order Window.

6. Merchandise

  1. Included credit: Each ticket includes a $120 merchandise credit, tax inclusive. The credit is tied to the ticket attendee and has no cash value.
  2. Shop as much as you like: Merchandise above the credit is paid by credit card, plus HST.
  3. Credit use: Any credit not used when the Order Window closes is applied by the Club, which will select items of that value on the ticket holder's behalf.
  4. Made to order: Merchandise orders lock when the Order Window closes and go into production. After that, orders are final, with no changes, exchanges, or refunds.
  5. After the Order Window: A limited number of assigned gifts are available to ticket holders who receive their ticket after the window closes. Gifts are assigned in the order transfers or waitlist offers are accepted, and recipients are shown whether a gift is available before they accept. Once assigned gifts are gone, new ticket holders receive the ticket only. A merchandise shop will be available onsite during the event, and guests may make additional merchandise purchases onsite.
  6. Pickup: Merchandise is picked up at the Club. Pickup details will be emailed closer to the event.
  7. Unclaimed items: Merchandise not collected by February 19th is considered unclaimed.

7. Attendance, Age, and Guests

  1. Age requirement (19+): This event is restricted to attendees 19 years of age or older. All members and guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, and the name on the ID must match the ticket. Entry will be denied without acceptable identification. No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to meet age requirements. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply.
  2. Guest information: Members must provide each guest's name and email address, with the guest's consent. Guests will receive their ticket link, merchandise, and pickup emails directly. This information is used for the event only.
  3. No-shows: A no-show is a ticket holder who does not attend and has not completed a transfer by the cut off. Ticket charges remain, and uncollected merchandise is treated as unclaimed under Section 6.

8. Event Policies

  1. Code of conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and consistently with Georgian Peaks Club standards. The Club may remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
  2. Alcohol service: Alcohol is served in accordance with AGCO regulations. Staff may refuse service at their discretion. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  3. Photography and media: By attending, members and guests consent to being photographed or recorded for Club use, including promotional materials, social media, and sponsor content.
  4. Event modifications: The Club may modify, postpone, or cancel elements of the event due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related changes. If the event is cancelled outright, the Club will communicate next steps to ticket holders.
  5. Liability waiver: By attending, members and guests assume all risks associated with participation in the event and release Georgian Peaks Club from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.
